So I picked up Hellgate London today and I must say it’s pretty good so far. If anyone wants to group up on the Shulgoth server message me, my character’s name is sadoeng.
Progress:
5:00 PM - Opening cinematic was awesome.
6:20 PM - Made it to level 6 and found the sage.
8:00 PM - Made my way to a level 9 engineer.
8:50 PM - Server came down and now hellgatelondon.com is under maintenance. Oh well, ill check back later after dinner.
9:15 PM - Servers still down.
10:25 PM - Still down, still no word.
11:45 PM - Still down, still no word.
12:00 AM - Done for the night, good night all. Hopefully the servers/site will be up in the morning.
40GB PS3s run cooler, quieter, use less energy
A report from German site Computer Base reveals that consumers giving up backward compatibility on their 40GB PS3s are at least getting something in return. The new systems utilize the new 65nm version of the Cell processor, reducing the power usage from 200 watts to 135 and further limiting the heat and noise the system gives off.
