Take 2 Interactive held its Annual General Meeting this evening and shareholders voted unanimously to remove the current board and replace them with their own representatives. The publisher, responsible for Grand Theft Auto, Manhunt and Max Payne, has seen poor fortune since the release of GTA: San Andreas.
