Zelda: Ocarina of Time confirmed for 1200 wii points

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, one of the most popular N64 games in existence, has been confirmed for VC. It’s coming out in Japan in February for 1,200 Wii Points so we should see it in either February or early March. It looks like the 1000 point standard price for N64 games is not set in stone.

Big N Financial Report: DSL/Wii Sales Strong As Ever

In a recent Nintendo press release, Nintendo posted some very pleasing worldwide hardware/software sales numbers. Furthermore, predictions for the remainder of the fiscal year (which ends in March 2007) were also present.

It’s also been reported that Virtual Console sales were also very high, reaching the 1.5 million worldwide mark. The Big N still hope to acheive their 6 million Wiis by March goal, and judging by these numbers I’d say they have a good chance.

Now if only they could release a hefty number of Wiis in my area, then I’d be lovin’ life!
